Borzouyeh petrochemical company as one of the largest petrochemical complexes producing Aromatics in the world , is one of the strategic projects of the National Petrochemical Company's third  5 years development plans (2002-2004) . This plant is located in Special Economic Energy  Zone in Assalouyeh at Booshehr province , near north margin of Persian gulf.
